I am 13 yrs old and my back teeth have tiny cavities and i go to dentist omorrow.?

i am 13 yrs old and my back teeth have tiny cavities and i go to dentist tomorrow.all my teeth are permenant (pretty sure). what will happen? pulled,filled,or can he dark spot go away on its own cuz its tiny wih brushing and flossing more?
