My sister runs a local nursey school that will shut due to lack of money...and fundraising ideas?

so we need to find a large amount of money to keep it going, so need an inspirational idea for getting funds to keep it supplied with istants, materials etc or about 20 kids will be cut adrift, and 3 staff lose jobs...how can we raise this money?!
