Birthday party food?? What's your fav? And what would you serve?

There's no right or wrong to throwing a party. You do what you think you should. You picked a good time though cuz they will have eaten breakfast n it's too early for dinner. So between cake, ice cream and everything else you are serving your guests should be satisfied and you won't overwork yourself. Is the cheese pouring from a fountain or is it in a pot. You want to stay away from foods where multiple people will be dunking in and out of the same bowl/pot or where they all dig in, like a bowl of chips. I have a chocolate fondue fountain and it has been a hit at every party I've ever thrown or attended, especially with strawberries and bananas.
