Did Pacquiao beat a prime Morales?

Morales was awesome against Manny in their first fight, but I personally think that the 12th round of that fight really took a toll on Morales. He took a savage beating in that round because he refused to stay away from Manny and cruise to the easy decision win. He tried to trade with Manny and he nearly got knocked out for his trouble. Watch the fight on Youtube. He was very lucky to make it through that round. I think that is when Morales got "old". To answer your question...No he didn't beat a prime Morales. but I think he's the one that caused his decline in that first fight even though he lost.
