Employer issued incorrect W-2 and won't correct it?

Alright, a bit confusing but lets hope I got this right. You added all pay-stubs up that have a pay date on the pay-stub as 2009, not 2010, nor 2008 correct? With all pay stubs dated in 2009 your amount is still more then what you were actually paid? If this is the case you need to contact the IRS. There is a form somewhere on their web-page to put in your actually information from pay-stubs. You won't be able to e-file, but you can mail it in. Either way, you need to contact the IRS to have it cleared up through them without using your w-2 you received.
