Is there a link to women who had gastric byp surgery and cheating or divorcing after they lost weight?

My ex did that to me and as I came out with it, Found out that my cousins wife did the same, as well as a good friend's wife. All started innocent enough. Going to spent time with the girls, out for drinks on girls night, and eventually leads to cheating, divorce etc... And BTW all 3 of us were all good LOYAL guys and its the woman's families that are in defense of the guys, not their own daughters! My father in law even disowned her daughter!! I just wonder if overweight women are "settling" for their current husbands and once they lose the weight, they want outside attention, because they never got that when they were overweight and end up messing up badly? Its just that there's 3 cases that I know of personally and wonder if there are other similar cases out there... Just curious
