Should I go with blue toile curtains?

So my style lends itself to french country. My living room is a wine/burgundy/dark red color. We were given these really nice recliner sofa set but they are a steel blue/kinds grey. but they are the only thing blue in the room and it really shows. Right now I have burgundy and tan striped tab tops opposite the sofa and recliner. I was thinking of changing the curtains to a blue toile to pull the blue to the other side of the room and then adding some burgundy throws to the sofas....what do you think?
