What are the most pathetically overused inspirational phrases growing up you've had to swallow (on going)?

the worst one is "i understand" because its a complete lie. they think they know everything and that they know how your feeling because they were your age once. but they were our age years ago so its different also no ones ever going to feel the same way you do because we are all different. so it sorta contradict "be yourself"
