What is the shelf life of different liquors like vodka,scotch whisky,wine,etc once they are opened?

like how long will they stay on the shelf without getting spoiled?and if they are unopened how long can they be kept on the shelf?like I have some bottles of champagne,wine and vodka for 10 years can I open and use them now?and once i open them in what time frame should I finish them?
